Obituary
William (Bill) C. Vaubel, 75, of Apple Creek died Saturday November 5, 2022 due to an accident.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, November 10th at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Justin Angle officiaitng. Burial will take place at Killbuck Cemetery, Killbuck, Ohio. He was born October 15, 1947, at Joel Pomerene Memorial Hospital, and was the son of Wilbert and Harriett (Patterson) Vaubel.
Upon graduation from Triway High School in 1966, Bill entered the United States Army for two years.
He worked for Rexroth Hydraulics for over 37 years.
He is survived by four sisters and one brother, Marie (Ron) Ruksznis of Lewis,
Delaware, Gene (Lois) Vaubel of Wooster, Virginia Klingerman of Holmesville, Bea (Joe) Smuck of Alden, Iowa, and Irene Rouch of Wooster; sister-in-law, Bonnie Vaubel of Millersburg and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather, Clarence Fox, an infant brother, and brother Ted Vaubel.
Bill enjoyed NASCAR races, stock car races and tractor and horse pulls. He loved restoring old Chevy cars and trucks.
