William "Billy" Higdon II, age 45, of Wooster, Ohio passed away Monday, September 11th, 2023 due to injuries sustained in a single car accident.

Billy was born June 29th, 1978 in Wooster, Ohio and was the son of William "Bill" Higdon and Vickie (Howell) Rouse.
Billy was a former car salesman and auto mechanic for First Motors in Wooster. He loved all forms of racing, Demolition Derbies and bowling. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and Cleveland Browns fan. His favorite pastimes were collecting antiques, shopping at Dollar 1 and mushroom hunting with the love of his life, Miranda Duplaga.
He is survived by three children: Rebakah Edwards of Wooster, Kamri Higdon of Millersburg and Race Higdon (Joslyn Potts) of Wooster; two grandchildren: Oaklynn Higdon and Phoenix Edwards; step grandson, Azure King; his mother, Vickie (Donnie) Rouse of Wooster; two brothers and their spouses: Jerry (Tiffany) Rouse of Millersburg and Tommy (Elissa) Rouse of Wooster; step siblings: Missy Rouse, Christina Rouse and J.R. (Marie) Rouse all of Wooster and Robert (Anicia) Rouse of Smithville; his aunt, Paula Baker and uncle, Alan Higdon both of Indiana; a special cousin, Sharon Coblentz; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Higdon; step brother, Roger Rouse; and many other extended family members who all loved him deeply.
