Summer Louise Felton, age 19, of Millersburg, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. 

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 16th at Killbuck Cemetery with Pastor Dale Duncan officiating. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting www.alexanderfhinc.com.

Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Holmes County Dog Wardens Office in memory of Summer's love for animals.

Summer was born December 2, 2004 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the daughter of John Scott Jr. and Susie Felton. She was a 2023 graduate of West Holmes High School and studied culinary arts at the Ashland County West Holmes career center. She had previously worked at Fox's Pizza in Millersburg and was currently working at Wendy's. Summer enjoyed baking, painting and had a love for animals, especially her kitty, Echo. 

She is survived by her parents; her two siblings: Bradley Fair and Melody Moran; her boyfriend, Chris Troutman; Mimi, Dianna Scott; Papaw, John Scott; two uncles: James (Jennifer) Felton and Quimby (Dawn) Felton; numerous cousins; and a special friend, Kathy Myers. 

She was preceded in death by her grandma, Grace Felton and uncle, Ricky "Flea" Felton.
