Sue Beck went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 16th, 2022 at OSU Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 23rd at Union Grove Church of Christ, 2135 TR 2, Killbuck. Interment and committal service will take place 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 24th at the Elizaville Cemetery in Elizaville, Kentucky. Sue was born July 16, 1944 to Jacob and Lillian Medlen Deal. She grew up in Elizaville, Kentucky. After graduating from Fleming County High School she went to Kentucky Christian College where she met Clifford Beck. They were married July 25, 1965.
Together they served Christian Churches in Nashville, Montezuma, Jeffersonville, all in Ohio before coming to the Union Grove Church of Christ in Richland Twp. where Cliff was the minister for 22 years. She was church secretary, board secretary, taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School at all but one church.
In 1996 Sue return to school and graduated from the Knox County Career Center in the field of Computerized Office Technologies at the top of her class. Following graduation she was employed by the Holmes County Environmental Management for 11 and 1/2 years.
She was a member of the Christian Church and the Kentucky Christian University Alumni Association.
Surviving besides her husband of almost 57 years is a daughter, Michele (Darrell) Minor of Sunbury, Ohio; and a son, Chad (Wendi) Beck of Grove City, Ohio. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Caleb, Joshua and Caitlyn Beck, and Drew, Matt and Jacob Minor; and her brother, Bill Deal of New Albany, Indiana. 
She was predeceased by twin sons, Timmy and Tommy Beck and her parents.
The family of Sue Beck would like to thank everyone who supported her through her illness with prayers, cards and notes. Sue received approximately 60 cards which she greatly enjoyed receiving and reading. Your friendship and thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.
