Sarah Bernhart Obituary
Sarah Miller Bernhart, age 92, of the Holmes County Home passed away suddenly on Tuesday evening, June 16, 2020 at the County Home.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, June 21st at Martins Creek Mennonite Church with Pastor Jay Conn officiating. Burial will take place at Abundant Life Cemetery (formerly known as Gray Ridge Mennonite Church Cemetery). Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Martins Creek Mennonite Church.

Sarah was born November 11, 1927 in Holmes County Ohio and was the daughter of "Pepper" John A. and Fannie (Schlabach) Miller. On July 22, 1950 she married Myron H. Bernhart who preceded her in death on August 22, 2006.
Sarah was head cook for 20 years at Pomerene Hospital until retirement and then volunteered at Save &Serve. Sarah enjoyed bowling, quilting, gardening and canning. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with her family.
