Ruth Ann Garrett, age 88, Millersburg, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 17th, 2020 at Sycamore Run Nursing Home, Millersburg, Ohio following a period of declining Health.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Collin Pinkston officiating. Burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, Ohio. Friends may call from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

She was born July 30th, 1931 in Barnesville, Ohio and was the daughter of Walter and Frances (Pittman) Gibson. On June 24th, 1956 she married Homer H. Garrett and he preceded her in death on March 15th, 2016.
Ruth worked hard being a farmers wife. She previously worked as secretary for the Holmes County Home and also the Holmes County veterans office. She loved to cook and enjoyed working word searches and crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her two sons, Dennis (Judy) Garrett of Reynoldsburg, Ohio and David H. Garrett of Millersburg, Ohio; God granddaughter, Angelica Roque; and two special grandpups, Roxy and Gus.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Homer.
