Roy V. Pierce

Roy V. Pierce, age 90, of Killbuck, Ohio, passed away November 30, 2023, at his residence.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Roy was born July 19, 1933, in Guernsey County, Ohio and was the son of Mancel and Olive (Hayes) Pierce.  On December 1, 1956, he married Naomi LaFever, and she preceded him in death. Roy retired from the Carpenters Union and was a Master Carpenter.  He was a Korean War Veteran.  Roy enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved playing cards.  He was a great husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Roy is survived by his children: Tim (Bobbie Jo) Pierce, Marla (Kim) Conner, Brenda (Rod) Patterson, and stepson Donnie Fields; grandchildren: Spencer (Priscillla) Price, Jenny (Jeff) Patterson, Lindsay Pierce, Luke (Krystal) Patterson, Nick (Krissy) Patterson, Kristy Conner, Jaci Pierce, and Wendy (Matt) Ryncarz; great grandchildren: Bailey and Austin Price, Maurrisa and Addison Parrett, Trae, Taelor, Blake and Briggs Patterson, Charlye and Kady Patterson, Cam and Coi Beachy, and Paislee Feister; and great great grandchildren, Gauge and Maverick.

He was preceded in death by grandchildren, Barry Price and Brianna Pierce.
