Ronnie “Frankie” Spurlock 60, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away unexpectedly, July 15, 2025, at Union Hospital in Dover.

Funeral services will be 12 noon Monday July 21st at Alexander Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, Ohio. Friends may call two hours prior to the service Monday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alexander Funeral Home to help defray costs.

Ronnie was born February 23, 1965, in Floyd County, Kentucky and was the son of Ethel Spurlock. Ronnie loved fishing, kayaking, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoyed cookouts and would often oversee the grill.

Ronnie is survived by his children, Amanda Butler, and Cameron Spurlock; granddaughter Nova Butler; siblings Nell Spurlock, Donnie Spurlock, and Karen Spurlock.

He was preceded in death by his mother Ethel Spurlock and brothers Greg and Roland Spurlock.
