Richard Anthony "Man" Rose

Richard Anthony "Man" Rose, age 90, of Big Prairie, Ohio passed away peacefully, Wednesday morning, February 5, 2020 at Majora Lane Care Center, Millersburg, Ohio.

Celebration of Life service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, February 16th at the Millersburg American Legion where Military Rites will be conducted by the Killbuck VFW and the Millersburg American Legion.

Richard was born May 15th, 1929 in Wooster, Ohio and was the son of Emilio and Mary Rose. He married Margaret P. Allen and she preceded him in death March of 2003.

Richard worked construction most of his life. He attended St. Mary's Catholic Church. Richard loved dirt track racing and playing cards. In his younger years he enjoyed swimming and high diving. He considered himself a Stuntman and Daredevil. 

He is survived by his son, James "Jamey" Rose of Big Prairie, Ohio; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a brother, Raymond Rose of Wooster, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Margaret; children, Larry White, Buck White, Deborah White, Michael R. Rose, Robert A. Rose and Jeffery A. Rose; and siblings, Samuel, Paul, Angelina, Delores and Albert.
