Raymond T. Kelley, age 87, died May 15, 2025, surrounded by loved ones in Holmesville, Ohio. Raymond was born on April 22, 1938 in West Virginia and was the son of Paul and Lillie G. (Perry) Kelley. He married Elnora M. (Miller) Kelley on March 14, 1959, she preceded him in death on August 29, 1999. He later married Betty (Sinnett) Kelley on May 1, 2021 and she survives.
Raymond retired from Holmes Byproducts in Millersburg, Ohio, he also worked at ACDC in Apple Creek, Ohio. He farmed some too. He enjoyed visiting his family in West Virginia going hunting, swimming in the creek, and riding around in the side by sides. He loved his family and telling stories about his brothers and the trouble they would get into.
Surviving are his wife, Betty (Sinnett) Kelley; son, Michael R. Kelley; grandsons: Bruce Kelley all of Holmesville, Ohio and Dustin (Cresta) Bunt; great-grandchildren: Kiara and Caleb Gindlesberger and Ember Bunt all of Fredericksburg, Ohio; siblings: Evon (Robert) Suder, Mary Gatrill, and Elmer Kelley all of Buckhannon, West Virginia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his first wife, he was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Sharon M. Kelley; a stepdaughter, Mary Myers; brothers: Cecil, Kelley, Virgil Kelley, Granvilie Kelley and Caris Kelley.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 19th at Alexander Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Duncan officiating. Burial will take place at the Apple Creek Cemetery.
