Phyllis Jean (Snow) Snyder

Phyllis Jean (Snow) Snyder passed away on December 19, 2020.  Phyllis was born at Hillside Terrace in Akron, Ohio on August 6, 1929 to the late Glenn W. and Donna (Patterson) Snow.  At age 5, Phyllis moved to the Killbuck area with her parents and graduated from Killbuck High School in May 1947.

Surviving are her son, Lynn (Cara) Snyder of Orrville; two grandchildren, Douglas (Jackie) Snyder of Canton and Karen Jean Snyder of North Olmstead; two step grandchildren, D. J. Diver of Akron and Alina Wetterau of Akron; two great grandchildren, Eleanor Snyder and Owen Snyder; and several Snow cousins, nephews and nieces.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 10 a.m. in Killbuck Cemetery with Pastor Kenneth Smailes and Pastor Robert Hine officiating.  There will be no calling hours.  Alexander Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Road, Wooster, Ohio 44691.
