Nola Schlegel Obituary

Nola M. Schlegel, age 89, of Holmesville, Ohio passed away Friday August 5th, 2022 at Mercy Medical Center, Canton, Ohio.

Nola was born August 26th, 1932 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the daughter of Vern and Vesta Calhoun. She married Robert Schlegel and he preceded her in death in 2007.

Nola was a licensed social worker at Castle Nursing Home for 35 years. She was a member of a Garden Club, enjoyed reading, and she loved her Siamese cats.

She is survived by her two sons; Michael (Patricia) Schlegel and David Schlegel; two grandchildren: Magen and Caleb (Julie Jansen); and a great grandson, Riley.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert.
