Mr. Carl David Maynard, age 68, of Wooster, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at Ohio's Hospice LifeCare, with his caregiver, Becky Jones at his side.

Carl was born May 11, 1956 in Wadsworth, Ohio and was the son of Cecil and Jane Maynard. He "retired" from Nick Amster Workshop in Wooster. Carl collected rocks, he had a drawer full of them. He enjoyed writing letters and was an avid fan of Dick Goddard. Carl was a kindred soul. If you knew him, you loved him.
He is survived by siblings: Harvey Maynard, Alicia Kay (Willard) Eltringham, and Timothy (Tracy) Maynard; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Cecelia Newman.
