Melinda G. Goad age 58, of Canal Fulton, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord January 23, 2024, at Majora Lane Care Center following an extended illness.

Celebration of life services will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare 1900 Akron Rd Wooster, OH 44691.

Melinda was born January 3, 1966, in Barberton, Ohio and was the daughter of Alfred and Shirley (Robinson) Goad.  She worked at Korda Manufacturing in Wooster.  Melinda was a member of Victory Chapel in Akron, Ohio.  Melinda loved spending time with her grandchildren, she enjoyed crocheting, playing guitar and she loved her cats.

Melinda is survived by her children: Natasha Troyer of Berlin, Ohio; son Lewis Urconis of Wooster, Ohio; daughter Heather Gamble of Columbus, Ohio; granddaughters Brianna and Madison; and furry grandbabies Chance, Willow, Ellie, Kane, Tucker, and Collin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Tania Goad, granddaughter Cassidy, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Celebration of Life services will be 2 pm Saturday February 10th at Grace Church Berlin, Ohio.
