Margie Jane (Rottman) Henderson

Margie Jane Henderson age 87, of Millersburg, passed away Sunday evening August 13, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday August 26th at Fryburg Cemetery with Rev Wayne Enders officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Holmes County Library or Holmes County Home.

Margie was born August 17, 1935, in Benton, Ohio and was the daughter of Rotis and Lela (Painter) Rottman.  She was a factory worker before settling into Norman’s Bakery for 11 years, retiring in 2008.  Margie enjoyed knitting, going for walks, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are four children: Cheryl (Ken) Manning of Millford, IN, Cynde (Dean) Corrigan of Millersburg, OH, Connie (John) Welch of Zanesville, OH, Kenny (Teresa) Henderson of Big Prairie, OH; 13 grandchildren: Ryan Patterson, Bret Patterson, Cory Manning, Brock Manning, Aly Morris, Brit McVickers, Michael Pierce, Justin Pierce, Chelsi Pierce, Lexi Hitchcock, Kyler Henderson, Shelbie Mackey, Chloe Eberhart; 29 great grandchildren; a great great grandson Salem; sisters-in-law Erika Rottman, Barb Rottman, and Mabel Rottman.

Margie was preceded in death by her daughter Chris Henderson; 3 brothers Bill Rottman, Jack Rottman and Tom Rottman; and a sister Mary Jean Hoover.
