Lurline M. (Handzel) Foose

Lurline M. Foose, age 75, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, June 2, 2023.

Lurline was born December 8, 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio and was the daughter of Emil and Lurline (Carns) Handzel. On February 14, 1995 she married John G. Foose Sr., and he survives.

Lurline was a graduate of Saint Procops Catholic School in Cleveland. She started working at St. John's Hospital at the age of 16 then later worked in the Insurance Industry. One of her favorite pastimes was playing BINGO with her husband.

Surviving in addition to her husband, John Sr. is her stepson, John Foose Jr. of North Royalton, Ohio; four siblings: Emil Handzel Jr. (Barbara), Phillip Handzel (Nancy), Susan Krysiak (Brian), and Daniel Handzel; and many loving nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and infant twin brothers: Joseph and Paul.
