Lula Hanna, age 89, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at her home surrounded by family, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Saturday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Pastor Trevor Littleton officiating. Burial will take place at Prairie Township Cemetery, Holmesville, Ohio. Friends may call from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday, July 16th at the funeral home and also one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

Lula was born June 23, 1932 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the daughter of Ralph and Mildred (Watson) McCluggage. On October 6, 1957 she married Jim Hanna and he survives.
Lula worked 18 years as a cook for the Holmes County Home. She was a member of the Millersburg Christian Church. Lula enjoyed crocheting, was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and followed all of the West Holmes Knight's sporting events. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 63 years are three children, Vicki (Rick) Brake of Marion, Ohio, Pamela (Jim) Billups of Millersburg, Ohio and LuAnn Mollohan of Marysville, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and one more on the way; her brother, Ralph (Judy) McCluggage of Millersburg; a sister-in-law, Phyllis McCluggage of Millersburg; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Virginia Shinabarker; a brother, John McCluggage; her son, James Dean Hanna; and two sons-in-law, Brian Young and James Mollohan.
