Kenneth “Ken” W. Doney age 55, of Killbuck, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Sunday December 7, 2025, at his home.

Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday December 12th at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg. Military rites will begin at 3 p.m. conducted by the Millersburg American Legion and Killbuck VFW. Sharing of memories will begin at 5 p.m.

Ken was born January 25, 1970, in Dover, Ohio and was the son of William Thomas Kent and Lillian (Zeisiger) Doney. He was a 1989 graduate of West Holmes High School. Ken joined the Marine Corps after graduation serving his county from 1989 and 1993. While in the Marines he was stationed in the Philippines at Subic Bay where he met his wife Victoria. Ken worked at Metallus as a Sr. Maintenance Lead and was a former maintenance manager for Gertenslager/Artiflex. He was a member of the Millersburg American Legion, Scout Master for the boy scouts and a former youth baseball coach. He enjoyed camping, his Jeep that he rebuilt from the ground up, riding his 4-wheeler, watching sprint car racing at Eldora Speedway and most of all spending time with his wife and son.

Ken is survived by his wife Victoria Doney; son Lance Doney; brother Herb Doney; sister-in-laws Ana (Jeremy) Lehman and Gloria (Justin) Newman; nieces Amilyana Jade, Amanda, Kimberly, and Cassandra; nephew Jorian; and close friends Jim Kaser, Jim Linky, Ben, Tacy and Gwen Thomas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Deborah and Donna Lynn and niece Tiffany Ann Doney.
