Kathy Sue (Williamson) Eppley, age 50, of Clark, Ohio, Coshocton County passed away Wednesday evening, December 26th, 2018 with her family by her side at LifeCare Hospice, Wooster, Ohio following an extended illness. Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio. Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, January 5th at the funeral home. Family suggest memorial contributions be made to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd, Wooster, Ohio 44691. Kathy was born June 6, 1968 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the daughter of Don E. and Patty K. (Scott) Williamson. On April 27, 1985 at Shepler Church, she married Hilton A. Eppley, Jr. and he survives. Kathy was a 1968 graduate of West Holmes High School. She was co-owner of Hilton Eppley Forms and was a stay-at-home mom. Kathy enjoyed scrolling through Pinterest, being involved with dirt track racing, and loved spending time with her family and grandson, who was the light of her life. Surviving in addition to her husband of soon-to-be 34 years are her two children; son, Hilton D. "Bub" "Fred" Eppley (fiancee, Lindsay) of the home and daughter, Dakota Marie Gerber (Shane) of Hopewell and was Mimi to her favorite grandson, Rayce "Goober". She is also survived by her parents, Don and Patty Williamson of Coshocton; a sister, Pam Tish (fiance, Dave Medley) of Heath; brother, Ken Williamson (Nicholette Miller) of Coshocton; two sisters-in-law, Ida Miller (Randy) of Coshocton and Lulu Eppley of Wooster; brother-in-law, Adam Eppley (Jenny) of Coshocton; numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly; special nephew, Dave Stone; paternal grandmother, Louise Williamson; and great friend, Jane Graven. She was preceded in death by her in-law's, Hilton A. and Donna E. Eppley Sr.; maternal grandparents, Ken and Marcia Scott; paternal grandfather, Archie Williamson; and maternal great-grandparents, John and Helen Gray.
