Judy was born on February 10, 1940 to the late R.T. and Marion (Wengerd) Menuez of Benton. She lived in the Berlin area most of her life and most recently worked at The Dutch Cupboard in Berlin. Judy was a homemaker, a wonderful cook and loved to make the best treats ever for her family. Judy was a treasured Wife, Mom, Sister, Aunt, friend, Grandma and a devout Christian and was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Millersburg. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed. She loved her children and grandchildren unconditionally and looked forward to their visits. Each time she left the house she always looked her best. She even purchased a license plate that said "Feisty Grandma" and that she was!

Judy was very proud of her grandchildren: Miles (Jess) Miller, Dylan Miller, Ross (Kim Purdy) Mast, Rollie (Andi) Mast, LaRainne (Jyle) McCluggage, Amie (Bryan) Raber, Sydney Mast, Jayde Mast, Kelcie (Lukas) Geib, Jamie (Nicole) Horn, Steve Horn, Tom (Crystal) Horn, Mike Bruce, Tanner Mast, Camby (Israel) Coblentz, Grant (Cassie) Mast, Drew (Marissa) Mast, Adam Mast, and Trent Mast; and great-grandchildren: Jocelyn, Molly, Luke, Lucy, KaLee, Rilynn, Rayauna, Savanna, Jaxson, Ira, Clayton, Harper, Charlotte, Turner, Rachel, Casey (Siera), Kyli, Jordan, Logan, and Carson.
