Joy D. Kelley, 67, of Holmesville, Ohio passed away November 17, 2023, at her residence following an extended illness.

Joy was born March 17, 2023, in Millersburg, Ohio and was the daughter of Harley Sinnett and Carol Sampsel. She enjoyed camping with her family.

Joy is survived by four children; Melissa (Charles) Boughman, Shayla Wengerd, Billy Rowe, Robyn Villers; eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a sister Betty (Raymond) Kelley and brother David Sinnett.

She was preceded in death by her brothers; Harley Sinnett Jr., Ricky Cullen, Denny Cullen; and grandson Brice Money.
