Joan "Granny" Miller, age 90, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Wooster Community Hospital, Wooster, Ohio.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio  with Pastor Rami Almaqdasi officiating. Burial will take place at Nashville Cemetery, Nashville, Ohio. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home where masks will be required and rules of social distancing will apply.

Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Athletic and/or Music Boosters Club in care of West Holmes High School.
Joan was born August 29, 1930 in Millersburg, Ohio and and was the daughter of Nathaniel and Mary Grace (Logsdon) Fair. She was the youngest of their 10 children.
Joan was a 1948 graduate of Millersburg High School. On December 31, 1949 she married Olen Miller and he preceded her in death on April 27, 1993.
Joan was a homemaker and retired from Rodhe's IGA, she worked at all three stores. In her younger years, she delivered milk and helped her family operate Fair Dairy. She was a member of Millersburg First Presbyterian Church where she was a former Deacon. Joan was a 4-H advisor for 35 years, she was an avid euchre player with her Nashville euchre group, and was the best arm chair coach of all time to the Cleveland Indians. She enjoyed watching the Indians, the Buckeyes, West Holmes sports and listening to the West Holmes band. More than anything she was a supporting grandmother, she followed her grandchildren's sporting events and all of their activities.
She is survived by five children, Regan (Darla) Miller of Big Prairie, Pat (Buck) Walton of Lakeville, Moose Miller of Millersburg, Kevin (Carol) Miller of Millersburg and Steve (Sherry) Miller of Millersburg; five grandchildren, Jennifer (Kevin) Anderson, Tabitha (Chris) Baker, Kevin (Erica) Miller II, Jared (Tara) Miller and Kristi Walton; and eight great-grandchildren, Ryleigh (Jarrett), Halleigh (Kiowa), Brayden, Peyton, Trey, Jaden, Scarlett and Pyper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; five brothers; and four sisters.
