Jeffrey Thomas Perrine

Jeffrey Thomas Perrine 44, of Millersburg, passed away July 5, 2025, at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare following an extended illness.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday July 27th from 1 to 3 pm at Alexander Funeral Home with sharing of memories beginning at 3pm.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alexander Funeral Home to help defray costs.

Jeffrey was born June 6, 1981, in Orrville, Ohio and was the son of Richard Rice and Susan Crawford (Perrine). He was a construction worker and driver. He loved the outdoors. Jeffrey loved his daughters and spending time with his family.

Jeffrey is survived by his daughter Emma Grace Perrine; stepdaughter Kirsten Badger; mother Susan Crawford; sister Elizabeth (Trent) Gallion of Clark, OH; brother Kenneth Cunningham of Millersburg, OH; sister Racheal (Kenneth) Henry of Dundee, OH; sister Jessica Rice of Dover, OH; uncle Jack Perrine; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Lola Sue Perrine; grandparents Jack and Sallie Perrine; father Richard Rice; aunts RuthAnn Ferrell, Sallie Robinson and Kathy Perrine;  uncle Paul Perrine; and cousin Conner Montford.
