James "Jim" Albert Wise, age 94, was called to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday Nov. 8th at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Rev. Richard Matthews officiating. Burial will take place at Nashville Cemetery, Nashville, Ohio where military rites will be conducted by the Killbuck VFW. Friends may call 2 hours prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.

James was born June 7th, 1927 in Bellaire, Ohio to Luther and Maggie Wise. He married Jeanette Fern Patterson and she preceded him in death. He later married Judy Smith she also preceded him and death.
James received a Bachelor's Degree from Mount Union College. Jim taught, coached and was also a school bus driver for the Loudonville/Perrysville School District. He was a Korean war veteran serving in the US Army. Jim had a love for scripture, woodworking, gardening, fishing, traveling and spending time with his family. He is loved by many and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by two children; son, Kenny (Karen) Wise of Ashland and daughter, Deb (Dave) Ridenbaugh of Millersburg; grandchildren, Kevin (Veronica) Wise of Sullivan, Kate Wise of Ashland, Magan (Jonathan) Malcomb of Seville and Denver Ridenbaugh of Nashville; and five great grandchildren. Jim is also survived by two brothers, George (Shirley) Wise of Wooster and Kenny (Nancy) Wise of Smithville; and his sister, Hazel Willett of Greenwich, Ohio.
Jim is preceded in death by his first wife, Jeanette Patterson Wise; second wife, Judy Smith Wise; and siblings, Charles, Ross, Roy, Fred, Frank, John, Gertrude and Elsie.
