Jack D. Gilley, Jr., age 66, of Wooster, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Wooster Community Hospital, Wooster, Ohio.

Jack was born September 7, 1952 in Ashland, Ohio and was the son of Jack D. and Susan Jo (Petry) Gilley, Sr. He was a graduate of Waynedale High School. Jack worked 45 years as a chemical mixer for the Seaman Corporation of Wooster. He enjoyed camping, fishing and riding four-wheelers.
He is survived by four siblings, Ruby (Jon) Hunt of Big Prairie, Vickie (Dave) Swartzentruber of Holmesville, Jon (Stacey) Gilley of Killbuck and Peggy Gilley-Reese of North Carolina; a sister-in-law, Diane Gilley of Holmesville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jason Gilley.
