Iva Elizabeth Gallion

Iva Elizabeth Gallion, age 90, of Wooster, Ohio went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday May 4th, 2022 at her home with family at her side, following a period of declining health.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday May 10th at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Pastor Dan Wingate officiating. Burial will take place at Killbuck Cemetery, Killbuck, Ohio. Iva was born August 30th, 1931 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the daughter of Earl Henry and Ella (Boley) Bretz. She married Noah Gallion and he preceded her in death on December 7th, 1987.
Iva previously worked for Wilson's Country Creations, Inn Maid Noodles and was a homemaker. She was a member of West Hill Baptist Church in Wooster. Iva enjoyed yard sales, crocheting, flowers, and she loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by five children, Jerry (Bonnie) Gallion of Killbuck, Bertha "Boots" (John) Rafferty of Holmesville, Bob Gallion of Killbuck, Donald (Donna) Gallion of Killbuck and Cindy (Mark) Glasgo of Wooster: nine grandchildren: 15 great grandchildren: four great-great grandchildren: and sister-in-law, Marguerite Gallion of Clark. She is also survived by three special friends, Emma Troyer, Shirley Archer and LaDonna Reed and her special companion, Spanky.
She was preceded in death by her parents: husband, Noah: daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Randy Starner: and five siblings, Danny Bretz, Bob Bretz, Richard Bretz, Lucille Gallion and Nancy Chanay.  
The family wishes to express a special thank you to Mallary and Mandy her nurses, as well as Amanda and Charles and all of the LifeCare Hospice staff.
