  Harold Rogers age 66 of Glenmont, Ohio passed away Friday evening, March 18, 2016, at his home following 17 months of declining health from a Glioblastoma brain tumor.
       Memorial services will be 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Millersburg Church of God with Pastor David Masters officiating. Private burial will be at the Wooster Cemetery.
       There will be no calling hours.
       Family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Alexander Funeral Home, P.O. Box 108, Millersburg, Ohio 44654.
       He was born May 3, 1949 in Floyd County, Kentucky and was the son of Virgil and Dodie (Moore) Rogers. On July 31, 1999 he married Helen Haver and she survives.
       He worked 30 years for Akron Brass Co. of Wooster, retiring in 2002.
       He was a member of the Millersburg Church of God.
       Harold spent his retirement years volunteering at the Food Pantry at the Millersburg Church of God and helping anyone in need. He was also an avid mushroom hunter.
       Surviving in addition to his wife Helen are children, Nyla (Rodney) Summers of Jeromesville, Ohio, Tara Starling of Congress, Ohio, Niles Felter of Pittsburg, Pa., Nathan Felter of Wooster, Ohio and Manny Rogers of the home; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Myrl (Teresa) McKinney of Harold Kentucky, Roy (Rhonda) Rogers of Harold, Kentucky, Dallas Rogers of New York, Vonda Gibson of Bradenton, Florida, Marlene (Thomas) Spain of Bradenton, Florida, Juanita Wood of Zephyrhills, Florida, Debra (Gary) Goldie of Peebles. Ohio, Marylou (Robert) McComas of Huntington, West Virginia, Imogene Meade of Mt. Clemens, Michigan, Martha (Donnie) Trent of Corbin, Kentucky, and Amanda Hatfield of Harold, Kentucky.
       He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant son, Aaron.
