Gary L. "Shine" Kline, age 68, of Glenmont, Ohio passed away Friday afternoon, July 16th, 2021 at his home, surrounded by family.
There will be no services, per his request. Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Foundation.
Gary was born January 18th, 1953 in Holmes County Ohio and was the son of Robert and Mary Ellen (Martin) Kline. He married Joye Patterson and she survives.
Gary worked 39 years at Rice and Chadwick Rubber Company in Killbuck. He was a member of the Killbuck VFW. Gary enjoyed throwing horseshoes, spending time with his grandchildren and fishing with longtime friend, Richard "Kissy" Kinsey.
Surviving an addition to his wife Joye are two daughters and their spouses, Tabitha (Donny) Norris of Holmesville and Jaime (Aaron) Jones of Millersburg; two stepchildren, Brian (Danielle) Bailey of Nashville and Rhonda (Donavin) Donley of Elgin, SC; seven grandchildren, Alexis, Autumn and Zander Anderson, Ian and Chloe Jones, Keira Donley and Lucas Bailey; siblings, Ed (Joann) Kline, Barb Stine, Joe (Delores) Kline and Bill Kline; and sister-in-law, Joy Kline.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Wayne Kline; and brother-in-law, John Stine.
