Donna Marie Hernandez, age 59 of Coshocton, Ohio passed away Sunday, July 24th, 2022 at the home of her sister following an extended illness.
Graveside services at Oak Hill Cemetery in Millersburg will be held at a later date.
Donna was born May 9th, 1963 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the daughter of Willard Eugene and Marie Wanda (Sampsel) Maxwell. She married Hector Hernandez and he preceded her in death on July 24th, 2019.
Donna was a member of Community Bible Church.
Donna is survived by siblings: Barbara (Hugh) Holt, Richard Maxwell and Sue (Richard) Fryer; nieces and nephews: Lisa and Micheal Serrano, Hugh Holt Jr., Richard Fryer Jr., Ashley and David Kyle, Nicole - Caitlyn Fryer, Hailey Guy, Kaylia Guy and Jayden Guy; a great nephew and a great niece: Zachary Annett and Graycee Kyle.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Albert and Lillian Maxwell; maternal grandparents, William and Ellen Sampsel; her parents, Willard and Marie Maxwell; husband, Hector Hernandez; and her sister, Mary Ellen Guy.
