Donald G. Rissler, age 66, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 3rd, 2022 at his home.
A private family viewing will take place. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting www.alexanderfhinc.com. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help defray cost.
Donald was born August 19th, 1956 in Jefferson, West Virginia and was the son of Donald and Thelma (Mullins) Rissler. On July 8th, 1995 he married Judy E. Beckett and she survives.
Donald was an avid gardener. He enjoyed canning, fishing, hunting, working crossword puzzles and you could always find him reading a good book.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Judy is his daughter, Brandy (Kay Kay) Kiddy of Winchester, Virginia; four step children: Chad (Rachel) Campbell, Kelly Stracke, Samantha Campbell and Cory Baker; 5 grandchildren; 12 step grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; his mother, Thelma Faye Burkey of Delaware, Ohio; three brothers: Bo (Barbara) Rissler of Maryland, Scotty (Michelle) Rissler of West Virginia, and Joe (Patty) Rissler of Delaware, Ohio; two nieces; and one nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father; his son, Donald; and a nephew, Brandon Miller.
