Daniel Miller Jr., age 74, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Saturday, August 31, 2024 at his home following a period of declining health.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 7th at Bunker Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, Ohio. There will be no calling hours. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting www.alexanderfhinc.com.

Daniel was born May 14, 1950 in Holmes County, Ohio and was the son of Daniel and Emma (Yoder) Miller Sr. On October 11, 1969 he married Wanda Sommers and she preceded him in death on July 11, 2022. 

Daniel was a cheese maker at Holmes cheese for 25 years. He attended Cornerstone Community Church. Daniel enjoyed woodworking and the company of his little dog. 

He is survived by two brothers: John (Betty) Miller of Glenmont and Ervin (Lucy) Miller of Millersburg; a sister-in-law, Terri Miller of Millersburg; brothers-in-law: Douglas (Martha) Sommers of Millersburg and Stewart (Shirley) Sommers of Bunker Hill; and several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Wanda; sisters: Elizabeth Mast and Mary Currence; and brothers: Leroy, Ruben, Henry and Marvin Miller.
