Candise Lee Wengerd, age 68, of Killbuck, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 21, 2025 at Pomerene Hospital, Millersburg,  Ohio following a sudden illness.

Per her wishes, there will be no services.

Candise was born January 9, 1957 in Massillon, Ohio and was the daughter of Jesse and Grace (Bratton) Lint. On May 1, 1976 she married Rian Wengerd and he survived. 

Candise was a homemaker. She enjoyed crafting, decorating and designing fairy gardens. She could make beautiful anything that was put in her hands. 

Surviving in addition to her husband are two children: her son, Chad (Jenny) Wengerd of Glenmont and daughter, Jessica Hager of Killbuck; grandchildren: Bryce and Briar Wengerd and Justus Hager; a sister, Sandy (Richard) Patterson of Killbuck; a brother, Duane (Beth) Lint of Clark; numerous nieces and nephews; and her precious loving Ellie Mae.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a special niece, Sheila Bickle.
