Bonnie L. Martin, age 80, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Majora Lane Care Center surrounded by her loving family, following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 12th at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Pastor Dale Duncan officiating. Burial will take place at Nashville Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Bonnie was born April 10, 1943 in Holmes County, Ohio and was the daughter of Lewis and Ruth Irene Martin. On November 25, 1967. She married Marion "Tink" Martin and he preceded her in death on December 15, 2015.

Bonnie worked at Kno-Ho-Co Head in Millersburg, Glenmont and Holmesville as a teacher for 29 years. She was a member of the Welcome Church of Christ. Bonnie enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking and was a professional pancake maker. She loved spending time with her grandchildren watching all their sporting events.

She is survived by sons: Tim (Sharon) Martin of Glenmont, Steve (Lorie) Martin of Millersburg and Michael (Miranda) Martin of Millersburg; twin daughters: Julie Martin of Glenmont and Jodie Martin (Jason Pendlebury) of Millersburg; grandchildren: Clay (Trina) Martin, Alec Martin (fiancee, Brianna Graber), Caleb Martin (Macenzi Dilly), Graham Martin, Peyton Martin, Aaron (Kayla) Clark, Hannah Clark (Wyatt Mellor), Bree Pendlebury, Micah Martin and Makenzee Martin; two great grandchildren: Reese and Rhett Clark; siblings: Norma Shinabarker of Glenmont, Dorothy Turner of Glenmont, Barbara Chanay of Millersburg and Marion (Noreen) Martin of Killbuck; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great great nieces and great great nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; and three siblings: Ruth Ann Didinger, Bill Martin and Wilma Cannoe.
