Barbara A. Burris, age 68 of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, Canton, Ohio. 

A Celebration of Life will take place at Mohican State Park on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting www.alexanderfhinc.com. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandma, great grandma, and sister. She enjoyed spending time with her family, walking trails, canoeing, and spending time outdoors. She was a very caring and giving woman. 

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Scott Burris; children: Jackie Bernhart (Ron) of Millersburg, June Perry (Robert) of Holmesville, Jennifer Cooper and Bryan Bailey both of Millersburg; 15 grandchildren: Haylee, Christopher, Andrew, Corey, Chris, Jarrid, April, Cody, Tyler, Ryan, Luis, Megan, Damien, Ashley and Chase; 15 great grandchildren, with one on the way; sisters: Shirley Starnes of Killbuck, Liz Schaffer of Shreve, Gloria Moses of Louisiana and Karen Johnson of Texas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by both her parents: Therman and Doris Jeandervin; her daughter, Katherine Landaw; sisters: Mary Petroff, Sandra Castle and Carol Lint; and her brother, Harold Lint.
