Allen Leroy Casey, age 91, of Holmesville, Ohio died peacefully in his home on Thursday, March 9, 2023.
Private graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, Ohio. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, March 13th at Alexander Funeral Home. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting www.alexanderfhinc.com.

Allen was born May 1, 1931 in Clark, Ohio to Gladys M. Guthrie and Matt L. Casey. He married Miriam Mae Krieger on August 9, 1950 at St. John's Evangelical and Reformed Church in Millersburg, Ohio. She passed away January 17, 2018.
Allen was a past member of the Millersburg Rotary Club, was the recipient of the Rotary Paul Harris Fellow Award on April 28, 1982, and was active in Rotary Youth Exchange and hosted 17 foreign exchange students in his home. For many years they provided care for foster children in Holmes County. He looked forward to volunteering at the Love Center Food Pantry several days a week. Allen enjoyed many years of camping with family and friends. He served on Millersburg Village Council for 11 years, and was an Insurance Agent in Millersburg for 46 years, retiring in 2013.
He is survived by three children: Gregory Casey, Yvonne (Robert) Earney and Rachelle (Duane) Galbraith; grandchildren: Nicki (Brian) Bricker, Damian (Karissa) Conkle, Shaun (Julie) Casey, Joshua (Amanda) Galbraith, Caleb (Jamie) Galbraith and Melayna (Brandon) Wengerd; and great grandchildren: Shalyn Casey, Trevor Casey, Hayden Conkle, Jacob Galbraith, Charlie Galbraith, Chloe Galbraith, Cobie Galbraith, Caia Galbraith and Logan Wengerd.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings: Elizabeth Robinson, Harold E. Casey, Delmar F. Casey, Dwight M. Casey and Janice N. Gamertsfelder.
