Alan E. "Mouse" Strouse

Alan E. "Mouse" Strouse, age 65, of Glenmont, Ohio passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 at Sycamore Run Nursing Home, Millersburg, Ohio following a period of declining health.

Alan was born July 18, 1955 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the son of Wilmer and Mary (Singer) Strouse. He was a former employee of Briar Hill Stone Company and drove truck for Transport America. Alan was a member of the killbuck vfw. He enjoyed working on his John Deere lawn mower and sitting on his front porch drinking coffee with friends. He loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren, they were his pride and joy. 

He is survived by children, Alisha (Owen) Beachy of Clark, Clay (Amanda) Strouse of Glenmont, Joey (Tasha) Strouse of Glenmont and Lindsay Bickford of Waterford; and 9 grandchildren, Bryar, Jordan, Waylon, Shane, Raeleeah, Wyatt, Bexlee, Elinor and Hendrex. He is also survived by siblings, Steve (Mary) Strouse, Gary (Carol) Strouse, Greg (Kathy) Strouse, Kenny (Snook) Strouse, Linda (Ed) Schlaugh and Matt (Tracey) Strouse and numerous nieces and nephews. 

 He was preceded in death by his parents.
