Taylor Marie (Akers) Ormesher, age 26, of Millersburg, Ohio went home to be with the Lord and was reunited with her sister on Thursday, February 7, 2019 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Pastor Craig Piatt officiating. Burial will take place at Killbuck Cemetery, Killbuck, Ohio. Taylor was born June 25, 1992 in Wooster, Ohio and was the daughter of Ralph J. and Punkie (Larimore) Akers Jr. On June 20, 2015 she married Matthew Ormesher and he survives. Taylor was a 2010 graduate of West Holmes High School. She was a member of the Millersburg Christian Church, where she was baptized. She enjoyed watching YouTube videos, being outdoors, and she loved spending time on the River kayaking, tubing and fishing with family and friends.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Matthew is her son, Phinehas Ormesher of the home; her bonus children, Marley Ormesher and Matthew Ormesher II; her parents, Ralph and Punkie Akers of Killbuck, Ohio; her brother, Hunter Glen Akers of Killbuck, Ohio; grandparents, Cindy Larimore of Millersburg, Ohio and Ralph Akers Sr. of Florida; special uncle and aunt, Kelly and Sheila Larimore; special cousin, Paige Larimore; numerous aunts and uncles; in-laws, Terri (Jerry) Longstreth and Robert Ormesher; and special friend turned family, Kelsey Grassbaugh.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Micala; and grandparents, Sonny Larimore and Bonnie Akers.
