Peggy L. Pyers, age 67, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Thursday morning, September 5th, 2019 at Walnut Hills Nursing Home, Walnut Creek, Ohio following a period of declining health.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 10th at Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, Ohio with Pastor Tom Benter officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, September 9th at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio.

Peggy was born April 28th, 1952 in Coshocton, Ohio and was the daughter of James and Beulah (Lewis) Ames. On June 19th, 1970 she married Wayne Pyers and he preceded her in death on June 9th, 2017.
Peggy was a 1970 graduate of West Holmes High School. She was a secretary for Darb Snyder Tire Sales and also was a secretary for Faith Lutheran Church of Millersburg. Peggy enjoyed shopping and spoiling her grandchildren.
She is survived by three daughters and their spouses, Lorie (Steve) Martin of Killbuck, Heather (Matt) Sprang of Lakeville and Ashley (Jack) Moutoux of Millersburg; and 10 grandchildren, Caleb, Graham and Peyton Martin, Katie, Sam and Nathan Sprang and Harley, Griffon, Bentley and Brooks Moutoux. She is also survived by two sisters, Judy Livingston of Millersburg and Carol (Don) Layman of Strasburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Wayne.
