Norma Williamson Mohler

   Millersburg – Norma Williamson Mohler, 95, of Millersburg, passed away January 21, 2018.  She was born in Holmes County to Clarence W. and June Patterson Williamson, who died previously. On March 13, 1941 she married Denver B. Mohler, and they celebrated their love and companionship until 1977 when his life was taken in an auto accident.  She had worked as a telephone operator in Millersburg, secretary for H.D. Williamson Lumber Co, and worked with her husband in their livestock trucking business for 15 years.  Once the family was raised she returned to public employment where she retired after 18 years with Farmers of Ashland Production Credit Association, and later continued to work part time for The Ohio State University Cooperative Extension Service.
   She was a lifelong member of the First Presbyterian Church where she served on the Board of Deacons, member of the Presbyterian Women’s Association, helped with the children’s nursery and sang in the choir in her earlier years.  She was a member of Hardy  Grange and spent many years working at the Board of Elections.
   Surviving are a daughter Mrs. Gregory (Carol) Steele of Columbus, OH, a son, Kenneth (Pam) Mohler of Millersburg, grandchildren Chris (Jennifer) Steele of Reynoldsburg,  OH, Lisa (Matt) Feikert of Millersburg, and four great grandchildren, Brooke and Calvin Steele and Taylor and Ethan Feikert.
   In addition to her parents, two sisters, Neeva Fair and Joye Hosfeld died previously.
   Funeral service will be Thursday, January 25,  at 11:00 a.m. at Millersburg First Presbyterian Church with Pastor Chris Stewart officiating.  Private interment will be at Killbuck Cemetery.  Friends may call at Alexander Funeral Home, Wednesday, January 24 from 5:00 p.m.  to 8 p.m.
