Lloyd Bradford, age 75, of Newcomerstown, Ohio passed away surrounded by his family, Saturday morning, August 19, 2017 at Community Hospice House, New Philadelphia, Ohio following a courageous battle with cancer.
Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Tuesday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Pastor Dale Duncan officiating. Lloyd was born January 16, 1942 in Oxford, New York and was the son of George and Doris (Seeley) Bradford. He married Katherine Holderbaum and she survives. Lloyd enjoyed playing Pogo, fishing and watching NASCAR. He collected coins, antique cars and had a love for trains. Lloyd had a great sense of humor. He loved telling jokes and making people laugh.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 46 years are seven children, Michael (Betty) Bradford of Mississippi, Michele Alesich of Mississippi, Wesley (Sherry) Troyer of Orrville, Tonya (Rico) Jordan of North Carolina, Misty Schweitzer of Dover, Kimberly Bradford of Millersburg and Kevin Bradford of Newcomerstown; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Linda Bradford of New York; and a brother, George Bradford of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Jackie Willis.
