Linda S. (Dickson) Akin

Linda S. Akin, age 46, of Wooster, Ohio ended her battle with cancer Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Dave Purdy officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Shreve, Ohio. Linda was born October 18, 1971 in San Antonio, Texas and was the daughter of Lester and Sue (Fisher) Dickson. On July 1, 2006 she married Larry Akin Jr. and he survives.
Linda was a homemaker who enjoyed arts and crafts and was a published artist through Create and Decorate. She attended Northwinds Church in West Salem, Ohio.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Larry is her daughter, Blaikly Dickson; three grandchildren, Carter, Kaylie and Kylie; and her brother, Vernon Dickson.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
