Richard Benjamin Lint, 73 of Big Prairie, Ohio passed away Saturday July 11, 2020. He was born in Massillon, Ohio to Raymond Lint and Louisa (Smail) Lint. Richard was in the last class to graduate Big Prairie High School in 1964. He received an Honorable Discharge from the Marines after serving from 1964-1967, then 1965-1966 during Vietnam. He was self employed most of his life as a truck driver and did residential painting. He was a member of the American Legion, VA, DAV, Amvet and the VFW. Surviving are his children from his first wife, Joan (Baker) Lint; Rhonda (Clint) Coffman, Rick Lint, Ramonda “Toots” (Matt) Wilson. Also, stepchildren from his second marriage, Candy Lint, Curtis (Cheryl) Meade, Carrie (Adam) Hoffman. He has eight grandchildren Chase (Annabelle) Coffman, Carson Coffman, Carlee Coffman, Aubree Lint, Ethan Lint, Coleston (Sydnie Baker) Wilson, Kyle (Autumn Spring) Willson and Katie Wilson. His siblings; Laura Mae Deane, Cecile Stiner and James Lint. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son, Ronald Lee Lint; his brother, Fred Lint; sisters, June Lint, Norma Jean Lint, Alice Young and Patricia Patterson; and a stepdaughter, Erica Umstead. The Lint family will receive friends Thursday, July 16, 2020, from 11-1pm at Alexander Funeral Home with a funeral service immediately following at 1pm. Burial will take place at Union Grove Cemetery in Glenmont, Ohio.
