John A. Cornwell Sr., age 44 of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Wednesday evening January 6, 2021 at his home.

John was born July 11, 1976 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the son of Roy and Melodie (Singleton) Cornwell Sr.
Surviving in addition to his parents are three children, Samantha (Brian) Adams, John Halle (Cornwell Jr.) and Linsy Halle (Cornwell) all of Kentucky; three grandchildren; and three brothers, Roy Cornwell Jr., Gene Cornwell and Michael Cornwell all of Millersburg.
John, you will be dearly missed by family and friends.
