I only got to know Kevin at this year's Battle of Magicians. We hit it off immediately. We both had similar acquaintances and circles of friends. It was nice to know him for even just a short time.
My sincere thoughts are with the family. I have been down this road personally so I do know the pain you are feeling. Nothing I can say can erase that but know that he is good hands now and reached and brightened the lives of a lot of people in this world with his magic, humor and presence.

We managed to keep in contact now and again and the funny banter we had was still the same nearly 20 years on! Kevin was and will always be the brightest light in the night sky. My deepest sympathy to his family and to everyone else whose life he touched who is grieving.
