Virginia "Ginnie" Allison, age 80 of Nashville, Ohio passed away surrounded by family on Monday morning, January 28, 2018 at the Holmes County Home, Holmesville, Ohio following an extended illness.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg with Pastor Larry Carnes officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting www.alexanderfhinc.com.

Ginnie was born September 7, 1937 in Warren, Ohio and was the daughter of Wilfred John and Pauline Jessie (Winkleman) Baker. On October 20, 1959 she married William "Bill" Allison and he preceeded her in death August 29, 2013.
Ginnie owned and operated Circle A Ceramics in Holmes County for many years. She enjoyed ceramics, photography, genealogy, glassware, and antiques and she loved her grandchildren.
Surviving is her daughter, Lisa (Ben) Hipp of Nashville, Ohio; two grandchildren, Heather (Matt) Lahmers of Hayesville, Ohio and Danny (Emily) Hipp of Nashville, Ohio; 3 great-grandchildren, Jase and Nash Lahmers, and Tyler Hipp; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded and death by her parents; and 5 brothers, Wilfred Robert, Harold, Albert, Richard, and Lester.
