Patsy J. Kauffman, age 85, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Friday, December 22, 2017 at Majora Lane Care Center, Millersburg, Ohio following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be 12 noon Saturday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Pastor Kenneth Smailes officiating. Burial will be at Nashville Cemetery, Nashville, Ohio. Patsy was born November 6, 1932 in Holmes County and was the daughter of Earl R. and Marie (Mellor) Martin. On November 16, 1952 she married Glen R. Kauffman and he preceded her in death on August 2, 2017.
Patsy was a 1951 graduate of Millersburg High School. In the early 50's, Patsy worked as a plug in phone operator. She was a home maker that enjoyed sewing and crocheting. Patsy was a member of St. John's Church of Millersburg.
She is survived by 5 children, Gregory Kauffman of Wooster, Joyce Arndt of Millersburg, Sharon (Robert) Reichert of Wooster, Kevin (Lisa) Kauffman of Killbuck and Richard Kauffman of Millersburg; 17 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 2 brothers, Gerald Martin of TN and John Sidney (Judy) Martin of FL.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a grandson.
