Ida Marie Miller, age 101, of Millersburg, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Walnut Hills Nursing Home, Walnut Creek, Ohio following a period of declining health.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m Wednesday at Martins Creek Mennonite Church with Pastor Jay Conn officiating. Burial will take place at Martins Creek Mennonite Church Cemetery, prior to the services. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Arrangements are being handled by Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg.

She was born June 10, 1916 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the daughter of William and Mary (Schnell) Crilow. On June 27, 1937 she married Wellman Miller and he preceded her in death on January 17, 1978.
Ida was a homemaker and worked at Walnut Hills Nursing & Retirement Homes. She was a member of Martins Creek Mennonite Church where she taught Sunday School and Bible School. Ida enjoyed gardening, canning, quilting, crocheting, reading and taking care of people. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them.
She is survived by five children, Roger (Wanda) Miller of Walnut Creek, Gerald (Peggy) Miller of Berlin, Miriam (Paul) Grossi of Millersburg, Ron Miller of Nashville, Tennessee and Marcia (Rob) Hawkins of Charm; a daughter-in-law, Gladys Miller of Wooster; 16 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, Jay Miller of Orrville, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 3 brothers; 5 sisters; and a son, Alfred Miller.
