We are so very sorry to hear about Jean's passing. Jeannie was married to my cousin Danny Gardner, and when I was younger I used to stay with her and Danny on summer visits and also watched her race in the Powder Puff races. She was a dear, funny person, and took the time to come with Danny all the way from Ohio to Illinois to my brother's funeral last August. It was so appreciated by our family. She will be greatly missed.
