Debbie Elliott, age 62, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away peacefully in her sleep, at her home on Friday, November 24, 2017.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, Ohio. A Celebration of Life will follow in the basement of the Millersburg Christian Church. Debbie was born June 17, 1955 in Millersburg, Ohio and was the daughter of Robert and Lula (Mohr) McDowell.
Debbie retired in 2015 from Alco, formerly known as Rice & Chadwick in Killbuck. She enjoyed reading, working in her flower beds and sitting on her front porch.
She is survived by her daughter, Heidi (Doug) Colich of Wooster; and was "Young Grandma" to her two grandchildren, Darrian Owens and Abigayle Colich both of Wooster. She is also survived by siblings, Judy Christian of Wooster, Don (Becky) McDowell of Millersburg and Richard "Dick" (Nancy) Mackey of Wooster.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Robert "Bobby" McDowell, Harold "Red" McDowell, and Paul "Butch" McDowell; and one sister, Mary McDowell Mann.
